JC realty has been a great experience this far. I called and left a message for an ad on zillow. Within about an hour he returned the call explaining that the apartment had been rented and had another listing in my price range. Within a few hours I was viewing the apartment and loved it. I have worked with JC over the last week and has been a great experience. Throughout the process I have never felt like he was trying to swindle me or the landlord. He has been very honest, thorough and patient. Simple things he does like not picking up the phone during a meeting or viewing goes a long way in my book. Trust was built immediately.
