Jean-Claude Ho was a contracted sales agent, representing my wife & brother-in-law in the sale of a Brooklyn House they inherited in June. 2017.
I cannot imagine a better Real Estate Sales Agent and more humane person than Jean-Claude Ho. Even when the remaining tenants were doing all that they could to extract "free money" from the owners and not pay any rent money, J-C went out of his way to offer his free help to them in looking for a new place to live. Also, even after the close, after his commission was fully paid, J-C went out of his way trying to get the inherited value of the property at or near the previous owner's Date of Death.
